  • Fabric booking from various mills across Asia 
  • Making TNA, production plan, and delivery schedule based on fabric  in-house dates. 
  • Booking production lines for each product(styles) at various facilities.
  • Working on lab dips, prints, fabric quality approvals and  trim approvals.
  • Setting deadlines  for each operation and  day to day critical path management.
  • Setting deadline for fit and PP samples and working closely with Flabella technician for fit and PP sample approvals.
  • Updating  customer’s  team on  production progress on a weekly basis.
  • Once  all approvals are in place, handing over   internal  production file as well as QA files to production team and QA team.
  • Monitoring and following up  daily production report.
